Unlike IBPS, the General Awareness (GA) section here carries the highest weightage ($80$ out of $200$).

Total Marks: 200 Marks GA Weightage: 80 Marks Negative Marking: 1/4th Mark Time: 120 Minutes

Phase II: Descriptive & Objective

Selection Merit

This is the critical stage. You must type descriptive answers on a keyboard for ESI and FM.

  • 📈 Paper I (ESI): 50% Obj + 50% Descriptive
  • ✍️ Paper II (English): 100% Descriptive Writing
  • 💰 Paper III (FM): Finance & Management Expertise

Stage III: Interview & Psychometric

A high-stakes interview worth 75 marks. RBI also conducts a Psychometric test which is used for the interview panel's reference.

Crucial: Number of Attempts

General Category candidates have a limit of **6 attempts** for the Phase I exam. There is no such limit for SC/ST/OBC (as per current norms).
