2. Mains, Descriptive & Physicals
Merit Deciding StageThis stage tests your in-depth knowledge, language proficiency, and physical endurance depending on the department.
- 📝 Descriptive Papers: KAS Mains (Essay, GS, Optionals), KEA Compulsory Kannada, KSP Paper 1 (Translation & Essay).
- 🏃♂️ Physical Tests (KSP only): Endurance Test (ET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for Police candidates.
- ⚠️ Compulsory Kannada language paper is mandatory for almost all state govt jobs!
3. Interview & Document Verification
Candidates are called in ratios like 1:3 or 1:5 based on written marks. KAS involves a Personality Test, while KEA and Group C posts usually proceed directly to Document Verification.
