1. Phase I: Preliminary Exam
Screening StageThe first hurdle. Marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination will not be added for the final selection. It is strictly a qualifying stage.
2. Phase II: Main Examination
Merit Deciding StageThis stage rigorously tests your analytical skills and domain knowledge. These marks dictate your chances of making it to the interview round.
- 📈 Core Focus: Heavy emphasis on Insurance and Financial Market Awareness, alongside advanced Reasoning and Data Interpretation.
- 📝 Descriptive Paper (AAO/ADO): An English language typing test (Letter and Essay writing) administered immediately after the objective test. Must be typed on the computer.
- ⚠️ Negative marking of 1/4th (0.25) applies to wrong answers in the objective sections here.
3. Interview & Medical Verification
Candidates are usually shortlisted for the interview in a 1:3 ratio based on Mains performance. Note: Assistant roles sometimes bypass interviews, moving directly to language proficiency tests.
