Wipro conducts its Elite National Talent Hunt (NTH) as a multi-stage assessment. While the aptitude and communication syllabus remains mostly consistent, the coding difficulty and technical depth may vary depending on the role (Elite vs Turbo). Hence, the syllabus is reliable but not 100% fixed.

  • Logical: Blood Relations, Syllogisms, Directions.
  • Verbal: Sentence Improvement, Synonyms, Grammar.
  • Adaptive: Question difficulty changes based on answers.

2. Written Communication (WriteX)

1 Topic | 20 Mins

Candidates must write an essay (200-400 words) on a provided social or technical topic. Focus is on:

3. Online Programming Test

  • Question 1: Fundamental logic (Basic Loops/Arrays).
  • Question 2: Intermediate DSA (Linked Lists/Stacks/Searching).

  • Cut-off: Minimum 1 full or 2 partial outputs required.
